How to find your appointment / Online Client Profile

 There's a new feature of the online booking site providing access to your Client Profile.

This allows you to:

  • Find your current appointment
  • Reschedule/cancel your appointment
  • Update your contact information
  • Add or remove a stored credit card

This makes it easy if you're unable to find the reminder text or email with the link to your appointment.
  • Go to the online booking site
  • Click 'Sign In' at the top right of the screen. Sign in with your mobile phone number.
  • After sign in you'll be text a sign in code.
  • *Enter the code and you'll be taken to your profile.
*If you aren't currently in the online system on the next screen you'll enter your first and last name, your email, then click update profile.
