I've made several changes to my online booking site in anticipation of when I can return to work in the salon and considering what additional steps we will likely need to put in place.
• Duration of each appointment has been increased by 30 minutes.
• Clients can now also book appointments on the half-hour. *Previously only on the hour.
• Cancellation fees and requirement to reschedule with more than 24 hours notice are suspended.
*No-show fees will still apply
• A recently added feature allows you to sign in with your mobile phone number on the booking site to view upcoming and past appointments, reschedule, and edit contact info.
This makes it a bit easier if you're unable to find the reminder text or email with the link to your appointment.
• After sign in with your mobile number you'll be text a sign in code.
Enter the code and you'll be taken to your profile.

*If you aren't currently in the online system on the next screen you'll enter your first and last name, your email, then click update profile.
